Navigate to support.iammcd.com
Enter either your email (General Managers) or the Store Mail, along with the password you set up. If you don't know it, use the "Forgot you password?" link below.
From there you will see all tickets submitted by the email you used to log in, and all tickets sent in via the Troubleshooting App. If you have trouble logging in, or you believe you aren't seeing all of the tickets that you should, please submit a ticket
