Symptoms: Unable to login to the DAR or Altametrics Schedule app on a phone. Error popping up displaying user does not have access to the application.

Fill Out the Contact Form

As of July 2023, ATOS no longer supports requests for Altametrics apps and have requested all users to contact Altametrics directly for login support. This means that the Technology teams support at as well has been limited. Both the Altametrics DAR and Schedule apps have a Contact Us form on the bottom of the login screen:

  1. Open up the DAR or Schedules app on your phone.
  2. Tap the "Contact Us" button on the bottom of the screen.

  3. Change the Category to Login. Give them the exact error message you are experiencing and your national store number, ensure the email address inputted matches the email address we have on file in eRestaurant and finally tap submit when completed.

  4. In 24-48 hours a support agent from Altametrics will get back to you.
