Symptoms: Crew are able to discount any meal and promo them off without any approval needed from a manager.
Set Discount/Promo Authority in Manager Menu
- On the register tap the Manager menu button and login with your credentials or scan your fingerprint
- Choose one of the desired authority options:
Set Promo Order Authority -Controls the promo order and crew/manager meal button usage
Set Promo Item Authority - Controls the promo item button usage
Set Discount Authority - Controls the discount button. usage
- Select Manager in the window that opens.
Escalate to the Technology Team
If crew is still able to set discounts and promo off meals without authorization from a manager after preforming the steps above please contact the Technology Team by creating a ticket.
